This Australian Certified organic blend features chocolate and panela sweetness. The components change seasonally, with each coffee carefully chosen for high quality and rich flavor. Currently includes Brazil Ondas (natural), Ethiopia Jabanto G4 (natural), and Papua New Guinea Korefeigu (washed). Organic SXC Cert No 21119. The espresso recipe recommends a 22g dose yielding 45g in 30 seconds.
