White Knight is an award-winning espresso blend with chocolate, caramel, and soft fruit notes. It is full-bodied and deep with flavor, ideal for flat white or cappuccino, but equally enjoyable as long black or espresso. A staple since 2008, this blend has been the most popular house blend for partners around Australia. All coffee within the blend has a score of 85 or more on the international SCA scale. The blend evolves seasonally with beans sourced from the best growing regions. Currently includes Brazil Beneficio Pedra Branca PB (natural), Brazil Santos (natural), Colombia EP10 (washed), Ethiopia Dari Kojuwa G4 (natural), Honduras Montecillos (washed), and Papua New Guinea Lamari AX (washed).
