Panama Hacienda Esmeralda Buena Vista Gesha

This coffee is a single-origin Panamanian Gesha varietal from Hacienda La Esmeralda, grown at 1650 meters elevation. It is wet washed and raised-bed dried, featuring an expressive moderate roast with flavor notes of coffee blossom, white grape, raw sugar, and orange. The roasting is done on a Diedrich CR-35, producing a delicate, tea-like textured coffee with floral and complex sweetness.
