This single-origin Gesha is grown by the Flores family in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru, at 1850 m elevation (Finca El Morito and neighbouring producers). The microlot is double fermented (24 hours in cherry, 48 hours in mucilage), then washed and dried under shade in solar dryers for 20–25 days. Tasting notes list lemon, tangerine, chamomile and black tea; it is roasted for filter brewing.
