About This Coffee

A Typica variety coffee from Red Dragon Estate in Yunnan, China, grown at 1,850 meters altitude in the Lujiangba mountain region. Produced by Uncle Yang and Lao Wang, only fully ripe cherries are selected — first by hand, then by flotation — before fermenting in a temperature-controlled tank at 22°C and natural drying for approximately 30 days (Anaerobic Natural process). The cup reveals a vibrant profile with notes of raspberry, macadamia, and an elegant hint of Lapsang Souchong tea. Roasted for filter. SCA score: 87.
