A single origin coffee from Finca El Progreso in the Pitalito region of Colombia, produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia and Claudia Samboni. The farm grows coffee at 1580–1700 meters above sea level. This is a Caturra Bourbon varietal processed using a washed carbonic maceration method, resulting in a fruit-dominant, balanced, and sweet cup. Tasting notes include raspberry, cherry candy, passion fruit, and vanilla. Roasted light/medium and suitable for both filter and espresso. Cup score: 88.75.
