A tropical, flavor-forward blend from Quindío, Colombia (Fincas El Placer) grown by Sebastián Ramírez at 1700–1800 masl. The blend is 50% Red Fruits Caturra, 25% Green Fruits Caturra (both co‑fermented anaerobically with CO2), and 25% washed Pink Bourbon. Expect sweet, tropical notes of strawberry, kiwi, mango, and lychee, roasted light to preserve brightness.
