A Pink Bourbon lot from La Sirena farm in Quindio, Colombia (1,400–1,600 m). The beans undergo koji fermentation and are finished as a natural-processed lot. Light roasted, the cup highlights black cherry, strawberry, cranberry, cascara tea, cinnamon, and sugar cane, producing bright acidity with pronounced fruit sweetness and aromatic complexity.
