A co-fermented coffee from Finca El Placer, Quindío, Colombia (1,700–1,800 MASL). Castillo variety processed via fruit co-fermentation with wine yeast, fruit glucose and dehydrated watermelon, followed by controlled drying in marquesinas. Tasting notes include Watermelon Candy, Peach Rings, Lemon Cookie and Black Tea with a light, tea-like body.
