About This Coffee

Shoondhisa is an Ethiopian Guji coffee from Station Sookoo (Shoondhisa Kebele), produced by Ture Waji at 2173 masl. It is an Anaerobic Natural—initial fermentation in plastic barrels for 48 hours then dried on raised beds for 15–20 days. Varietals are Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112. Tasting notes highlight blueberry, strawberry, and gummy bears with a juicy mouthfeel.
