About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Finca Los Angeles, a 23-manzana farm in the Ahuachapán mountains of western El Salvador, planted exclusively with the Pacamara variety. The farm belongs to the Los Naranjos group, led by agronomist Sigfredo Corado, who has focused on soil health restoration through organic practices and shade trees. The coffee undergoes a washed process at Beneficio San Rafael — cherries are floated, pulped, fermented in tiled tanks for 24–36 hours, then dried on raised beds for 15–20 days. Tasting notes include wild strawberry, cherry, and toffee.
