This Gesha lot from Hacienda Bajo Mono in Boquete, Panama (1500 masl) was processed as Intrinsic Cherry—anaerobic and mucilage fermentation followed by extended patio drying. The light-roasted coffee presents floral and tropical notes of lily, pineapple, mango and lychee, with bright acidity and tart cherry and limeade sweetness.
