A Colombia single-origin coffee from the Valle del Cauca region, near El Cairo, grown at approximately 1,950 meters altitude. The cherries come from the El Recalmo farm, a 36-hectare property managed by Jhon Flores, third generation. Processing is carried out by Edwin Noreña at Campo Hermoso using carbonic maceration fermentation. This is a filter coffee (Filterkaffee) featuring the Sudan Rume variety.
