Tocotoucan Blend is a light to medium roast coffee composed of 100% Arabica beans from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region and Brazil's Cerrado region, grown at altitudes between 950 and 2,200 MASL. The coffee is naturally processed and features flavor notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, and milk chocolate, offering a versatile profile suitable for both pour-over and espresso brewing.
