This coffee comes from Huila, Colombia, cultivated at 1700 meters altitude by Edinson Argote at Quebraditas Coffee Farm. It is a Typica Amarillo variety processed using a natural anaerobic yeast inoculated method with extended fermentation. The flavor profile offers notes of peach, dark chocolate, and tropical fruits. The roast is oriented towards filter but suitable for espresso brewing.
