Winter Solstice Blend is a seasonal three-component blend combining Amino Aba Keno (Ethiopia, natural) with bright citrus and berry notes, Ella Todos Santos (Guatemala, washed) with sweet apple and caramel notes, and an anaerobic natural Robusta from Kerehaklu Estate (India) that contributes nutty character, a subtle fruity finish, and a silky body. The blend is described as warm and comforting with tasting notes of milk chocolate, dried fruit, and gingerbread and is recommended for espresso.
