Bochesa - Äthiopien Filter

Bochesa is a single origin washed Arabica coffee from the Sidama region, Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia, grown at 2000-2100 meters altitude. It features traditional Heirloom varieties with a flavor profile of stone fruit, gooseberry, and lemon zest. The beans are carefully processed with a 72-hour wet fermentation and dried over 10 days, resulting in a clear, elegant cup with floral and citrus notes complemented by honey sweetness.
