This natural-processed Bolivia coffee comes from Caranavi’s highlands at ~1750 MASL. Variety Caturra, dried on raised beds after an experimental vacuum-pressure natural fermentation, yields bright mango and lime acidity with confectioners-sugar sweetness and allspice notes. Roast level is Medium with an expressive, moderate body.
