This Burundi Mutana is a single-origin coffee from Kayanza, produced by Mutana farmers in partnership with the Long Miles Coffee Project. The beans are Bourbon variety grown at about 2000 masl and processed as a washed lot (double fermentation and slow drying are described). Tasting notes highlight currant, apricot and rooibos with chocolate and brown sugar accents; the coffee is offered as a light roast.
