A natural-process Sidra variety coffee from Finca Potosí, the historic farm of Café Granja La Esperanza, located in Caicedonia in the Cauca valley, Colombia, at 1,400–1,860 meters altitude. The farm undergoes controlled cherry fermentation of 18 to 50 hours. The cup offers an intensely fruity profile with vinous, structured acidity and notable sweetness. Flavor notes include wild cherry, red plum, blackberry, and chocolate on a long, creamy finish. Roasted for filter.
