A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from the Huila region (Timaná) of Colombia, produced by ASOMUJER (Asociación de Campesinas del Sur del Huila), a cooperative of 75 women producers. Grown at 1,400–2,000 meters altitude. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. Decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (Sugar Cane) natural method. Flavor profile features caramel, sugarcane, chocolate, marzipan, amaretto, toffee, malt, and almond, with a very soft and creamy mouthfeel and a long, chocolatey finish.
