Colombia Las Garzas
Bella's Coffee LabAbout This Coffee
Colombia Las Garzas Natural is sourced from Planadas in the southern Tolima region, grown at altitudes of 1,700–2,000 meters above sea level. Produced by smallholder farmers in collaboration with Azahar Coffee Company, who carry on a long family tradition of coffee cultivation. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia Arabica. The coffee undergoes 38 hours of fermentation followed by 8 days of drying on raised African beds under cover (natural processing). Flavor notes include sherry, prune, and fruit candy — fruity and full-bodied with balanced sweetness and depth.
