A natural-processed decaf coffee from Colombia, developed in partnership with Azahar. Grown in Huila at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters above sea level. The varieties grown on the farms include Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra. Decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate derived from sugarcane, a natural substance that removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's character.
