Colombia Mazatlan Luz Helena is a single-farm lot from Quindío (Finca Mazatlán / Luz Helena) grown at 1450–1500 m. The Castillo variety underwent a strawberry-infused, anaerobic fermentation (~72 hours) with strawberry pulp, fruit removal, partial mucilage retention, and drying on African beds. Light roasted, the cup shows pronounced strawberry and cherry notes with jammy, syrup-like sweetness and lingering syrup character.
