About This Coffee

A micro-lot natural processed coffee from the Brumas del Zurqui Micromill in the Heredia, Central Valley region of Costa Rica, grown at 1,400–1,800 meters altitude. The variety is Caturra. This complex espresso offers fruity and chocolatey aromas with flavor notes of dark cocoa, salted lemon, cascara, blueberry, sour cherry, coconut, and banana. The acidity is complex and well-integrated, the body is dense and soft, with a long, pleasant finish of cocoa and tropical fruits.
