Cup of Excellence Las Acacias from Santa Bárbara, Honduras is an anaerobic-washed, Pacas-dominant lot (60% Pacas, 20% SL-28, 20% Geisha). Light-roasted for filter, it delivers clean, fruity notes of mango, orange and cotton candy with a bright citrus finish. Whole-cherry fermented, solar-dried and hand-sorted.
