About This Coffee

This single‑lot coffee comes from El Cedral, Santa Barbara, Honduras (El Paraiso farm) at 1610 masl. A blend of Bourbon, Pacas, and Catuai, it was anaerobically fermented and washed. The cup shows bright stone fruit character—peach, apricot, and pear—with baked‑good sweetness and almond‑toffee finish, roasted to a light profile.
