This decaffeinated coffee comes from Kenya's Nyeri region, sourced from the Thiriku Farmers Cooperative. It features SL28, SL34, and Ruiru varieties grown at 1900 meters altitude. The coffee is washed processed and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method. It is roasted to an expressive dark level, yielding flavor notes of grapefruit, tart apple, molasses, and cocoa in a clean, clear cup profile.
