A medium-dark espresso blend comprising 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta, both from Mexico. Sourced from the Chiapas region at 1550–1750 m (Arabica) and 900 m (Robusta), grown by Rainer Böhme at Finca Fulda. Varieties include Castillo and Romex Canephora. Processed washed. Features aromas of dark chocolate and toasted almonds, with a full-bodied, strong character and velvety mouthfeel. Also includes beans from El Trebol women's cooperative in Colombia, adding sweetness and complexity. Suited for portafilter, stovetop pot, and fully automatic machines.
