About This Coffee

This is an Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural coffee from the Tore washing station in the village of Torea. It is a 100% Arabica with Mixed Heirloom varieties, grown at 1,700–1,820 meters altitude. Harvested from October to January, it is grown by smallholder farmers under ideal conditions. Roasted as an Omniroast, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Flavor notes include strawberry, citrus, stone fruit, dark chocolate, floral aromas, and berry sweetness with a velvety, dense mouthfeel.
