About This Coffee

Halo Beriti is a washing station in Gedeb (Yirgacheffe), Ethiopia, situated at 2,100–2,300 meters altitude near the village of Halo Beriti, founded in 2014 and working with 750 smallholder farmers. This lot is a special preparation ("Premium"), using only cherries from a limited number of smallholders, with at least 90% perfectly picked red cherries, processed separately. The variety is Mixed Heirloom (various old Ethiopian varieties), naturally processed and dried on raised beds. Flavor notes include apricot, hibiscus, and raspberry. 100% Arabica, espresso roast.
