This coffee comes from Harruu Bunnaqaa Coffee Farms in the Harruu subregion of Guji, Ethiopia, run by producer Gemechu. The farm grows coffee at high altitude in nutrient-rich soils and works closely with local smallholders. The lot is an Heirloom variety processed as a natural: ripe cherries are hand-picked, dried on raised beds for 22 days, and then rested in plastic bags before export. The flavor profile features jasmine, tropical fruits, and lemon, with additional herbal, hop-like, floral, and spicy notes. Grown organically, though not formally certified.
