A Costa Rica Tarrazú coffee (Santa Maria de Dota) Catuai grown at 1500–1900 masl. The lot underwent a cinnamon anaerobic washed fermentation and brief bourbon-barrel aging before roasting. Expect sweet, boozy aromatics with cinnamon and spice structure, tasting of gingerbread, candied orange, and spiced chocolate; medium roast, balanced body.
