A single-origin coffee from Honduras, produced by the Benitez family at Finca La Vistada in El Ocotillo, Santa Bárbara — a high-altitude region near Montaña Santa Bárbara National Park, overlooking Lake Yojoa. The variety is Pacas, processed using washed methods with refined drying techniques developed over many years. The Benitez family won first place in the Cup of Excellence in 2006. Flavor notes include raspberry, sweet citrus, and floral characteristics.
