This coffee is sourced from the Korofeigu Cooperative in Papua New Guinea's Bena region, Eastern Highlands at an altitude of 1600 meters. It includes varieties such as Ateng, Ganjang, Onan, S795, Tim Tim, and Typica. The processing method is washed, involving hand-picked cherries that are mechanically depulped, washed, and sun-dried. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, speculoos, and cherry, with a medium sweetness and mild acidity.
