A medium-strength organic espresso blend combining 80% Brazilian Arabica from Fazenda 5 Estrelas and 20% Indian Robusta from smallholder cooperatives. The Brazilian component is grown at 1,100 meters altitude in Patrocínio, Cerrado Mineiro region, sun-dried naturally. The Indian Robusta comes from Karnataka and Kerala, hand-harvested, washed, fermented for 12–24 hours, and sun-dried. Flavor profile features chocolate sweetness and fine caramel notes with a balanced body.
