A single-origin coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru, grown at 1690 meters altitude. The Caturra variety is processed using the washed method, from the 2025/26 crop. Roasted on a 12kg Probat with medium batch sizes of 7kg, featuring a 10% development time ratio and a total roast time of 8:37. The profile highlights berry and lime notes with bright, juicy acidity. Available in both Espresso and Filter roast preparations.

Kolo Coffee
Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does. Vlad brings serious competition credentials, including World Vice Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits 2022 and Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion in 2023. Recognizable by its bright orange outdoor seating, the cafe serves competition grade coffees roasted on site with precision and care.
