A single-origin coffee from the Santa Elena farm in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown at 1,300 meters altitude. The farm is managed by Luz Marina Trujilo, now in its third generation. The coffee is 100% Arabica, Caturra variety, processed using the Honey Process method, where the mucilage layer is retained during drying to develop honeyed aromas. It offers a soft, sweet profile with clear and intense notes of praline (Krokant), honey, and jasmine.
