About This Coffee

A decaffeinated coffee from Colombia, grown in the Huila region at 1,400–2,000 meters altitude. The varieties Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia are washed processed. Decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane (Ethyl Acetate) method, which uses ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane. Flavor notes include almond, raw cane sugar, and peach. Roasted as an espresso roast and suitable for portafilter machines, espresso pots, and super-automatics.
