It features the Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, processed using the washed method. Decaffeination is carried out via the Sugar Cane (Ethyl Acetate) process. The coffee is 100% Arabica and offers flavor notes of almond, cane sugar, and peach. Imported by Cafe Imports and roasted as a filter profile.
