Single-origin Gesha from Bella Alejandría (Pitalito, Huila, Colombia) at 1890 masl. The lot underwent two-stage anaerobic fermentation and a lemon co-ferment (200 hours submerged in mucilage, then 18 days re-fermented with indigenous lemon peel). Tasting notes include floral and earl grey character, wildflower honey, lemon cookie, and limeade.
