About This Coffee

A single-origin specialty Canephora (Robusta) from Ecuador, produced by 13 families at the Witoca cooperative in the Loreto, Orellana region (Sumaco Biosphere Reserve) at 500–700 meters altitude. The variety is Napo Payamino, processed using yellow honey method. Imported by Giomar Hidalgo (Latitud), with collaboration since 2021. Roasted as an espresso roast, with flavor notes of cornflakes, hazelnut, and waffle. Suitable for espresso machine, portafilter, and superautomatic machines.
