A single-origin Specialty Canephora (Coffea canephora) from Ecuador, grown by 13 families in the Witoca cooperative at 500–700 meters altitude in the Loreto region of Orellana province, within the Sumaco Biosphere Reserve. The variety is Napo Payamino, processed using the yellow honey method. Imported by Giomar Hidalgo (Latitud) in collaboration with women's cooperatives. Flavor notes include cornflakes, hazelnut, and waffle. Roasted for filter preparation methods including AeroPress, Chemex, French press, and drip filter.
