This coffee from Ximeng, Yunnan, China (Torch Coffee) is a Catimor lot grown at 1400–1600 MASL. It underwent a double anaerobic natural (30-day) fermentation, producing boozy, red-fruit sweetness—cocktail cherry, pomegranate molasses and rum raisin—with an intense dark-chocolate finish. Roast is medium-dark with a bold, funky body.
