The Guatemalan component is grown by smallholder farmers of the ASOBAGRI cooperative in the Huehuetenango region at 1,150–1,650 meters altitude, washed processed for clear, fruity notes. earlybird coffee

earlybird coffee is a Stuttgart-based roaster founded by Merlin Stellwag and Emanuel Vonarx with a simple motto: "Hello good life." Their mission is to prove that high-quality, organic coffee doesn't have to be complicated or expensive — it should be accessible to anyone who wants to upgrade their daily cup at home. All their coffees are roasted using the slow drum-roasting method at low temperatures (170–210°C) for 16 to 22 minutes, carefully dissolving harsh acids while preserving full aroma. They prioritize organic and Fairtrade-certified beans with less than 1% defects, and their coffees are available nationwide through dm drugstore markets as well as their online shop. It's specialty quality made simple, honest, and approachable.
