Peru Rio Amoju is a medium-light roasted single-origin coffee from Peru’s Amazonian Andes (San Ignacio), grown at 1800–2100 m. The lot includes Catimor, Catuai, Caturra, and Pache varieties and is washed processed. Flavor notes highlight cara cara orange brightness, brown sugar sweetness, and a smooth cashew butter finish, producing a clean, expressive cup well-suited to pour-over and drip brewing.
