A single-origin Costa Rican coffee from Finca El Elumbre in the Tarrazú region, grown at 1800 meters above sea level. Produced by Fernando Cordero and processed anaerobically by Luis Campos. The variety is Catuai, processed using an anaerobic fermentation method. This coffee offers flavor notes of cinnamon, cherry, and dark chocolate, with a cupping score of 88.25. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
