A washed coffee from the Palencia region of Guatemala's southern highlands, grown at 1700 meters altitude by farmer Luis Fernando Adonis. The varieties are Caturra and Catuaí. After hand-picking, the cherries are pulped and fermented in water tanks, then washed multiple times with fresh mountain water. The cup profile is sweet and full-bodied with notes of apple, milk chocolate, and caramel. Medium roast level.
